PROFESSIONAL LANDSCAPING DESIGN & BUILD PROCESS
Our custom design services combine our hardscape and landscape design to create something truly special. At ASPM, we pride ourselves on our ability to customize all of our professional landscaping services to your specific tastes and needs in a highly individualized way.
THE DESIGN BUILD PROCESS
1. Initial Contact
To set up your onsite visit from the ASPM landscapes design team, please call our office at 402-316-4272.

2. Site Visit
Our landscape designer will meet with you on-site to discuss your ideas and give you our informed opinion and advice based on your input. We will then collect the necessary information about your unique site to create your landscape plan and proposals.

3. Design Presentation
The professional landscape designers at ASPM will walk you through the proposed layout of your space and discuss the materials and cost. We do not believe in cookie-cutter landscapes and strive to make each one of our projects special. With our top of the line 3D software, we bring your vision to life. Our landscape designer will create a life-like rendering to depict how your completed outdoor space will appear. Total design fees vary depending on size and scope of the project, and will be discussed at the initial visit. Design fees are refundable towards your project. Landscape designs are the property of ASPM until a payment of 1/3 down is received towards your job.

4. Book Landscaping Project
At ASPM, we request a 1/3 down payment to book your custom landscaping project. Once the down payment is received, your job is placed on our calendar and you will be provided a tentative start date.

5. Installation
Prior to any work getting started on your landscaping project, locates will be called in to mark underground utilities. Our professional landscape designer may stop by to mark out beds or to finalize other items before our courteous and professional crew comes to install your new landscape.

Whether you are looking for a landscape design that’s sleek and manicured, or lush and ornate, ASPM can assist you in selecting all the perfect elements. Our professional landscape design team will advise you on the ideal plant selections that will work best for your unique garden, soil type, zone and personal preferences.
We can also design the perfect outdoor living area to meet all of your specific needs. From large entertaining areas to an intimate paved veranda, ASPM Landscapes can advise you on the layout, stone type, safety considerations, care and other outdoor amenities to help create the perfect finished product.
Our Landscape Design Service is a Collaborative Process
Our custom landscape design process is simple. We’ll meet with you to discuss your ideas and give you our informed opinion and advice based on your input. Together, we’ll fine-tune your ideas to create a vision that works with your budget and current landscaping conditions. After we agree on a high-level vision for your space, we’ll use our expertise and top of the line landscape design software to bring your vision to life. Our landscape designers will create a lifelike rendering to depict accurately how your completed outdoor atmosphere will appear.
We’ll then present the design and plan to you on paper and/or on video so that you can see the full effect. At this time, you can request changes or additions. Our custom landscape design process is fully collaborative, and we’ll adjust and fine-tune your plan until it has all the elements you desire and is exactly what you had in mind.
