ASPM started as a professional landscaping business in the Chicago area in 2008, and moved to northeast Nebraska in 2012. ASPM is fully licensed and insured. Our professional team possesses over 50 years of experience in the landscape industry. We regularly attend hands-on training, expositions, and workshops to bring customers the latest trends and products available. 

MATT WILKE

Owner 

Matt founded ASPM in 2008 in the suburbs of Chicago and started re-building his dream after moving back to Nebraska in 2012. Prior to his business start-up he worked locally at NMC and Bygland Dirt contractors after graduating from Northeast Community College in Norfolk. Most recently, he spent 15 years at Kiewit Corporation managing multiple jobsites such as the O'Hare Airport runway. Matt grew up on a farm in Northeast Nebraska and has always had a love for equipment and for building something out of nothing. 

ROBIN WILKE

Office Manager

Robin works with the ASPM team behind the scenes handling the day to day operations such as human resources, accounts payable & receivable, marketing, and social media. Prior to making ASPM her full time focus, she was the office manager and assistant to the CEO at an agri-marketing consulting company specializing in word-of-mouth marketing. Robin believes in the importance of employee appreciation and strives to keep that a priority of the business. 

CINDY CHRISTENSEN

Landscape Designer 
Nebraska Certified Nursery & Landscape Professional  | B.S.

Cindy is a seasoned landscape designer who has been working in the landscape industry for over twenty years. She prides herself on staying current with the latest landscape trends, design software and hardscape/plant materials. She feels that listening to the client’s wishes is a key step in the design process. Cindy is able to use her years of expertise to create a beautiful landscape that will not only look appealing immediately, but will have staying power for years to come. She has been a member of our ASPM team since August 2017. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Horticulture & Landscape Design at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She is a Nebraska Certified Nursery & Landscape Professional, and enjoys attending yearly continuing education classes, tradeshows and industry conferences.

The Back Bone

Our Crew Leaders:
REFUGIO joined our ASPM team in 2013 but has nearly twenty years of landscape installation/construction experience. He can do just about anything, however, he has mad skills when it comes to stone fabrication & installation. Refugio has a tendency to tease his co-workers on occasion and when he isn't working his magic at ASPM, he likes to drink cerveza and go dancing.

JUAN has been with ASPM from day one. He began the journey with Matt in the Chicago area and moved to Nebraska in 2012 to continue to contribute his skills to the success of the company. He is the master of many things, but shines as a leader and as a machine operator. Many customers comment on how polite and professional our team is, and that starts with Juan's example. When Juan is not on the job, he is spending time with family and friends. 

CRAIG came to work with us in 2021 as our Landscape Field Manager. He grew up in Wayne and most recently re-located to Norfolk after living & working in the Allen area for several years. He can pretty much do anything! Craig is definitely a team player, really likes his tea, & says "every day is a great day".  

We love our entire crew! We can't get them to tell us much about what they like to do when they aren't at work - and most are pretty modest about the stellar work they do for ASPM, so you won't get much intel here. We have some who are full time employees, some who are part-time, and some who are seasonal, however they all give 110% when they are here. We appreciate each and every one of them!
